If you email us, we use your message and contact details to answer you and, if you ask, to set up or support your agency's account. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Residents' data
Information that residents give when they check the status, register a burn or sign up for notices is handled by BeforeYouBurn. It is covered by the BeforeYouBurn privacy policy, which explains who can see a burner's details and for how long they are kept.
