  • your agency's name and the area it covers (county, district or zone);
  • your name and role;
  • a phone number, if you would like a call;
  • what you want to see, such as Status Control, registrations, badges or dispatch feeds.

We reply within two business days.

Badges for community partners

Businesses, community groups and other websites can show a fire agency's live burn status. Apply for a badge and we follow up within five business days.
